Registration

Participation in the conference is by invitation only. Following the tradition of the conference, invitations will be extended to researchers nominated by their institutes. Every effort will be made to accommodate those people expressing an interest in attending the conference.

Registration Deadline
The deadline for early registration is May 31st, 2004. The late registration fee applies to all resgistrations received after May 31st, 2004.

Confirmation of Registration
Acknowledgement of registration will automatically be made to each participant upon receipt of the electronic registration form.

Confirmation of Payment
Acknowledgement of payment will be made to each participant upon receipt of payment. Participants will be requested to present their confirmation of payment when registering at the conference.

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through mail or fax to the conference secretariat office and received by June 30, 2004. Pre-paid registration fees, less a EUR 75 processing fee, will be refunded after the conference. Refunds are not possible after June 30, 2004.
